These terms and conditions are subject to change. I will generally post on social media when they are updated. Please review this page each time you are obtaining a commission from me.

I retain the right to showcase every illustration / model I produce on my social media profiles and my portfolio.

Finished commissions may be posted to other websites by the commissioner with proper credit given. Easily found credit is required for any platform commissions are used on (Ex: Twitter bio, Twitch about, etc.).

My illustration commissions are for Personal Use only unless otherwise discussed. You will not resell or otherwise profit off my work unless coming to a written agreement with me beforehand. (With the exception of work for Streaming/Twitch in which commercial fees are worked into the final cost. Ex. Live2d models).

My works are not allowed to be used as NFTs, or used on the blockchain / blockchain technology. Any / all of my works used on blockchain websites and services are infringements and will be reported. Likewise, my works are not allowed to be changed or adjusted by machine learning or derived technologies, or for derivatives of my works to be created through the use of above-mentioned technologies. The commissioned work(s) are not allowed to be changed or adjusted through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies.

All finished commissions will be sent in their full resolution via Google Drive link, email, or Discord unless otherwise specified only after full payment is received.

If possible, please provide references and/or a detailed explanation of desired illustration.

Payment will be sent through Paypal Invoices only. All prices are listed in USD.

All commissions will be charged a 15.3% tax rate in accordance to self-employment tax.

Prices listed are a baseline and can fluctuate based on complexity.

Additional characters in a single commission order are +60% of the base price.

Art commissions intended for commercial use, such as merch, advertisements, and streaming assets will have +20% of the base price added to the final cost as a usage fee.

If the original image was not purchased in full, I will retain the right to sell it.

All commissions are personalized items and cannot be exchanged or returned.

The client shall receive multiple work-in-progress images during the process to be able to ask for changes or voice concerns. If the client fails to mention any problems or changes when seeing the work-in-progress photos, I will not offer any compensation when the illustration is complete.

Should a client not reply within 30 days of receiving drafts or work-in progress-photos, I consider the commission canceled by the client. In this case, already paid money will not be returned. I will proceed with any existing image(s) as I see fit.

The client has the right to use the image freely and distribute it as liked, as long as I am credited and the illustration is not used commercially / no monetary gain is involved (UNLESS previously discussed in writing), and no rights are infringed.

If it happens that I cannot finish the commission for any reason, the amount already paid will be returned to the client. If the clients themselves prevent me from completing the commission, such as ignoring the aforementioned 30-day progress policy, fees will not be reimbursed.

The client has paid in full and has requested a refund before I could begin work on the commission. (100% refund).

The client's commission has been terminated by the artist. (100% refund UNLESS termination by breach of TOS in which a 0% refund will be issued).

After work has begun, up to 50% of the commission may be refunded depending on the level of completion.

Refunds will be issued after I have discussed the final refund amount with the client.
